Who we are

Apply247 (apply247.ai) runs this site.

What we keep

• Your email and how you sign in. We email you about your search (replies, emails ready for your review, problems that need your attention and your morning summary) as you choose in Settings, under Notifications.
• Your CV file.
• Your search brief: roles, locations, must-haves, nice-to-haves, things to rule out, pay if you give it, and why you are moving.
• Your search brief conversation with your agent.
• The roles your agent finds for you, with their scores, and the people it identifies as owning each hire.
• The emails your agent drafts for you, and whether you approved them.
• The address of the mailbox you connect, and whether it is connected.
• The emails you approve, edit, skip or send yourself, and when each was sent.

Why you are moving stays private

It is only used to find the right roles. It is never shared with employers or included in any email.

Where your data goes

• Your data is stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, in the EU.
• The site runs on Vercel.
• If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them to sign you in and to email you about your search, as you choose in Settings. Our use of information we receive from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
• The search brief chat, including the text of your CV, is processed by OpenAI to build your brief.
• Your agent's search runs on Apply247's own server. It receives your CV text and search brief, and sends your matches back to your account.
• The conversation is kept so you can pick up where you left off. Only you can see it, and it is deleted with "Delete my data".

Nothing is sent without you

Your agent never sends anything to anyone without your approval.

Each email goes from your own mailbox, in your name, only after you approve it.

Your mailbox

Your emails go from your own address, so replies come straight to you. Your latest CV is attached to each email you approve.

Your agent reads only replies from the people it emailed for you, or replies in those same email threads. It does not open, keep or change anything else in your mailbox.

You see the full email before it goes, you can edit it, and you can undo it for 30 seconds after pressing send.

Your agent sends at most 5 emails a day, to protect your mailbox.

If you connect a mailbox with an app password, it is locked (encrypted) the moment it reaches us. Only your agent's own server can unlock it, and it is removed from our database within minutes. It is never shown again, not even to you.

You can choose to send each email yourself instead, without connecting a mailbox.

You can see or disconnect your mailbox at any time in Settings.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: to keep you signed in, and to remember the colours you chose (light or dark).

We use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

You can clear them in your browser at any time. You will then need to sign in again.

Usage statistics

We count which features are used, and when, to make Apply247 better. These counts stay in our own database.

They use no cookies, no third-party tracking and no advertising. They never include your CV, your brief or the words you write.

While you have an account, they are linked to it. When your data is deleted, that link is removed.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time from your account page, with "Delete my data". Your agent stops at once: it does not search, and nothing is sent.

Seven days later, your account, CV, search brief, conversation and matches are deleted, with everything your agent found: the roles, the people it identified, drafted emails and replies. On our side this takes minutes.

Until then you can change your mind: sign in and choose "Keep my account". Nothing is lost.

If you only need a break, you can pause your agent from your account page instead. While it is paused, it does not search and nothing is sent.

You can also ask us to delete your data at once: write to hello@apply247.ai.

Your agent's technical working logs are erased automatically within 30 days.

What stays after you leave

After your data is deleted, we keep only these, and none of them can identify you:

• Anonymous usage statistics: which features were used, and when.
• An anonymous summary of each closed account, for example how many days it was active and how many matches it had.
• Your reason for leaving, only if you chose to give one. It is optional, and it is kept without your name, email or account.
